Any appointments outside of these hours is considered out of work hours and attracts a £10 fee
A 48-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, appointments cancelled after this period will be charged your deposit fee. Appointments can be rescheduled once within the same month of the original booking.
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required per-service to secure your booking. I only accept cash for the remainder of your balance.
Any extreme shedding of lashes within 48 hours of your appointment will be fixed free of charge, anything after this will be down to improper aftercare and will require a fee. Any adjustments or complaints must be made at your appointment.
Please arrive on time, after 10 minutes a £10 late fee will be charged, after 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
Please understand that you being late to your appointment can result in me being backed up.
Please allow at least 10 minutes to access the building/park your vehicle so you are not late for your appointment.
