Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel. Deposits may only be transferred once when an appointment is rescheduled with proper notice.
Payments
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required for lash extensions and makeup services, while PMU brow services require a $50 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at your appointment.
Brow Services Policy
Top-Up Appointments
All brow services require a top-up appointment. This must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks after your initial appointment and ideally within 8 weeks for best results.
Patch Testing
A patch test is required for all new clients. You may visit in person or request one by post for a $10 fee (please provide your full address).
Patch tests must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you have not received your test at least 3 business days prior, it is your responsibility to notify us. Failure to complete a patch test may require signing a waiver at your appointment.
Pre-Treatment Guidelines
Brow waxing/threading is not required prior to your appointment (if preferred, do so at least 7 days before).
Avoid retinol, harsh skincare, chemical peels, or Botox for at least 4 weeks prior.
Do not take antibiotics within 7 days of your appointment.
Avoid travelling to hot climates within 2 weeks before or after your treatment.
Contact Information
Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for missed communications regarding appointment changes if we are unable to reach you. Your information will always remain private and is never shared with third parties.
Faults
Any extreme shedding of lashes within 72 hours of your appointment will be fixed free of charge, anything after this will be down to improper aftercare and will require a fee. Any adjustments or complaints must be made at your appointment.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late fees apply as follows:
• $15 after 15 minutes
• $20 after 20 minutes
• $30 after 30 minutes
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled after 30 minutes depending on availability. Clients who do not attend their appointment will forfeit their deposit.
